Located in Terminal B of the San José Mineta International Airport the Marvelous Marine Hot Air Balloon Parade is a handcrafted air show of magical creatures from around the world, uniting nature and technology in a send-off that wishes every traveler Bon Voyage. Each of these marine animals is a watercolor painted puppet with movable appendages for animation. With the usage of Lenticular printing these light boxes allow this mural to be animated as you walk by it .
Enamel pins of these designs are available at my Etsy shop! I have 2 designs of the pins so far, the Sea Turtle and the Nautilus. Since enamel pins are expensive to manufacture I am starting with these 2 designs and if they do well I will be making more of the other animal designs starting with the whale. The whale design will once I’ve reached $700.
